HOW IT WORKS

Your Authentic Path

The career coaching journey is not “one-path-fits-all. Instead, it varies according to an individual’s goals and how much they invest in themselves and the coaching sessions. Because we blend career coaching and personal counseling, we focus on the process of your development just as much as we focus on providing you with solutions to help you achieve your goals. If you want a career that brings you fulfilment, aligning your work with your authentic self is essential to your journey.

The Process

Step 1: Once you have booked your free initial call, I will send you a questionnaire. Please complete this before our call, as it allows us to use our time most efficiently.

Step 2: We conduct a free 30-minute consultation where we assess your personality and goals, using the filled-out questionnaire to guide the consultation.

Step 3: If you decide to move forward with the coaching, we book our 90-minute strategy session where we discuss in detail your current situation, goals, and career options.

Step 4: During this strategy session, we select four or five “areas of focus” (below) to help you stay inspired, encouraged, and empowered as we help you achieve your goals.

Step 5: We schedule follow-up sessions based on your needs. Some of these needs include help with job applications such as resume tips and interview practice; we also provide support to you as you make major career and life decisions or as you transition into new roles.
